Shipping Within Pakistan

We currently offer delivery within Pakistan.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities: approximately 2–5 business days
  • Other areas: approximately 3–7 business days

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer during:

  • Public holidays
  • Sales or promotional periods
  • Weather disruptions

  • Unforeseen logistical circumstances

Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, ZEROU may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order.

ZEROU is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Customer being unavailable
  • Customer refusing delivery
  • Failure to respond to the courier
  • Incomplete delivery information

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect information or circumstances caused by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs or videos of the package and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the situation and assist you according to our Refund & Return Policy.
